This is a 50-sample Arpasing list designed to be used for testing purposes, though can be used as an actual Arpasing list using the provided base oto.ini file.
It cuts out the VVs and clusters, leaving a base CVVC reclist.
It also comes with an index.csv file for those who want their own otos, along with an OREMO-Comment file for ease of recording.
