I'm here to recommend you all some of my favorite resamplers to use when I'm doing UTAU stuffs. Feel free to experiment with different resamplers for different voicebanks 
1. tn_fnds/tn_fndsX/tn_fnds_PB download
Out of these 3, tn_fnds_PB is my favorite. To me, this resampler brings out parts of the voice I like hearing. It makes the voices sound more dynamic and full. It's my go to for any cover I'm doing. Secondly, I go to tn_fndsX but I noticed sometimes it glitches when rendering and has some weird jumps. Other than that, tn_fnds is my favorite set of resamplers.
2. TIPS download
I think TIPs has rightfully became one of the most popular resamplers out there. It definitely does add clearness to voicebank. however I think it works better with vcv. Sometimes TIPS can emphasize things that you normally wouldn't have emphasized in singing. I would go towards tips if the voicebank I'm working with is giving me trouble while using tn_fnds.
3. EFB-GT download
This resampler...lol! I use to use it a lot before I stopped using UTAU. I really thought it was godsend and perfect at bringing out the softness of my voicebanks. Without realizing there was better out there. But! I keep this on the list because it works well with actual soft voicebanks. If you need something for softer songs, I think this resampler would be a good option to try out for your cover.
That's all I have for now, other than basic resampler. I was gonna add one more but I reviewed it and it sucked 🤡. If you have a favorite resampler, tell me about it in the comments~ The resamplers I don't really understand right now are presamp & utaugrowl. No idea how to get those 2 to work.
